Who Are We
Highland Residential is a social enterprise company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Albyn Housing Society Ltd. Our social purpose is to generate revenue streams and profit for reinvestment in to projects and solutions that combat the significant shortage of affordable homes faced by local communities.
We provide advice, information and deliver important services to individuals and communities across the Highlands, including affordable housing solutions and estate agent services, whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent. We also provide agency services to landlords as well as factoring services to more than 3000 homes across the region.

Corporate
Sam Cribb
Head of Highland Residential
Sam leads the Highland Residential team and is responsible for managing the business operation and development. Sam was named Social Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2016 Herald Society Awards. She also holds the Foundation in Factoring qualification, accredited by the IRPM Scotland (Institute of residential property management).
Megan McConnell
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Megan is responsible for all marketing activity including advertising and provides marketing support to our property and factoring teams.

Louise Cook
Property Manager
Louise is responsible for the delivery of sales and lettings services and team and is our principle property sales negotiator. Louise holds the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management qualification.
Julie Lindsay
Property Manager
Julie’s primary responsibility is to deliver lettings services across mid market and private lets, working with tenants and landlords. Julie holds the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management qualification.
Duncan Black
Property Management Assistant
Duncan’s primary responsibility is to deliver lettings services across mid market and private lets, working with tenants and landlords. Duncan holds the Level 3 Scotland Foundation Lettings Course.
Julie Lindsay
Property Manager
Julie’s primary responsibility is to deliver lettings services across mid market and private lets, working with tenants and landlords. Julie holds the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management qualification.
Gemma Dawson
Property Admin Assistant
Gemma provides essential customer service and administrative support across all property services, specifically the affordable housing schemes.
Rhiannon McGee
Sales Assistant
Rhiannon assists the Property Manager with our Open Market Sales service. She looks after customers who are interested in buying or selling their home.
Factoring Services
Colin MacLeod
Factoring Services Officer
Colin is responsible for the delivery of planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance; administration of owner’s obligations under the Deed of Conditions to the standards demanded by the Code of Conduct of the Factoring Act 2011 (Scotland); Colin holds the Foundation in Factoring qualification, accredited by the IRPM Scotland (Institute of residential property management).
Miriam Blain
Factoring Operations Officer
Miriam’s main responsibility is to provide business and client administration for the Factoring Department. This includes managing our development and client accounts and being a first point of contact for customers. Miriam holds the Foundation in Factoring qualification, accredited by the IRPM Scotland (Institute of residential property management).
Aryk Slupek
Factoring Administration Assistant
Aryk assists the Factoring services Coordinator by providing business and client administrative support. Aryk is currently completing a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Sarah Copland
Factoring Services Officer
Sarah is responsible for carrying out regular inspections of developments and arranging and overseeing both reactive and planned maintenance work to common areas. Sarah also attends residents/owners association meetings to ensure all works and proceedings comply to current legislation.
